Wedding/Conference Office Assistant

Assist with multiple administrative operational tasks related to the sales and execution of weddings and conferences. Type and prepare documents. Help coordinate a variety of services for weddings and conferences. Respond to inquiries Provide information on services and facilities available. Support marketing efforts for conferences and weddings. Serve as a referral/resource to conference/wedding attendees. Assist and oversee setup for conferences/weddings Confer regularly with supervisor, F&B staff, maintenance staff and other personnel to plan, coordinate and evaluate services. Associates or Bachelor’s Degree, or a combination of educations and work experience in the Hospitality and/or Administrative Office field. Experience in administrative and organizational skills. Good communication skills. Ability to deal effectively with a wide variety of company personnel as well as clients, vendors and outside organizations. Ability to work flexible schedule including some weekends and evenings. Knowledge of Delphi System a plus. Full-time seasonal.

Food and Beverage

Bartender

Roaring Brook Umbrella Bar. Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages and serve food. Good knowledge of state liquor regulations required. Must have excellent customer service skills, and be able to multi-task in a fast paced atmosphere. Weekends required. Part-time seasonal.

Cook

To perform a variety of routine food service tasks at the Roaring Brook Umbrella Bar. Related cooking experience desired. Must have excellent customer service skills, and be able to multi-task in a fast paced atmosphere. Weekends required. Part-time seasonal.

Killington Golf Course

Landscape Worker

Plan, implement and maintain a variety of landscaping projects. Order and purchase planting materials and supplies. Prepare soil. Plant and transplant annuals, perennials, trees, shrubs and other plants. Prepare maintenance schedule and perform regular maintenance for each landscaped area. Must have a basic education (high school). Post secondary education or training in horticulture or landscaping preferred. Good mechanical skills needed to operate various grounds maintenance equipment and ability to use hand tools. Physical ability to perform all job duties working in all weather conditions. Valid Driver's License required. Full-time seasonal.

Health Club Attendant

At the Killington Grand Hotel Health Club. Duties include booking spa appointments, maintaining cleanliness of facility, and general customer service. Weekends and holidays are required. Must have flexible schedule. Part-time seasonal.

Spa Manager

Are you a cosmetologist or esthetician? Have you been the manager or owner of a successful salon and spa? Do you have a fitness background, or have an interest in physical fitness? If you are an energetic, goal oriented, skilled in multitasking with licenses in the above, we are interested in you. We are looking for a Spa and Health Club Manager with hands on experience. Supervisory experience required to direct the work of health club, pool, spa and activities staff, and the massage therapists, nail technicians and estheticians. BS degree in business or physical education or related field and 2-5 years related experience or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired. Requires broad base of technical knowledge and skills related to all functions of the spa, including massage, spa workshops and classes, mind-body-spirit integration, reservations, and spa desk reception. Mountain Operations

Lift Electrician Journeyman

Experienced Electrician to maintain ski lift and snowmaking equipment, as part of our Mountain Operations Resort Team. This is a challenging position in a year round outside environment that typically includes the use of snowmobiles and ATV’s, the climbing of ski lift towers, and the servicing of critical snowmaking and lift systems in all weather conditions. The qualified applicant must have experience as an industrial electrician or equivalent, with knowledge of motor controls, PLC and relay logic required. The applicant will possess technical knowledge and skill sets in the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment. The ability to perform in an intense timeline based environment is a must. The willingness to work independently and as part of a team with a strong focus on safety practices is required. Lift Maintenance Operator

Needed to assist mechanics in their routine maintenance of the lifts. Operate the lift according to the mechanics’ needs; stopping and starting as needed. Adherence to established operating procedures and safety standards is critical. Prior experience in lift operations preferred. Must be at least 18. Full-time seasonal.

Lift Mechanic

To maintain and repair chair lifts. Broad base of basic mechanical knowledge and skills relevant to chair lifts, including welding, rigging, engine and motor operation and repair. Ability to perform all job duties, particularly working at significant heights. FT-year round position with Group I Benefits including medical, dental, vacation, 401(k) and great resort privileges.

Small Engine Mechanic

Repair and maintain snowmobiles, ATV’s, welders, generators, and other small equipment. Must have own tools. Basic education (high school) with formal training in mechanics desirable, plus two or three years of relevant mechanics experience. Vehicle Maintenance Manager

Reporting to the Snowmaking and Grooming Manager, this person will be responsible for the maintenance of all fleet vehicles at Killington resort and Pico Mountain. Minimum of 5 years prior experience in fleet management and the maintenance of snow removal, snow grooming, hi-way rolling stock and construction equipment is required. Requires broad base of technical knowledge and skills related to vehicle maintenance, including parts procurement; experience with construction and snow grooming equipment and experience in electronic troubleshooting desirable.
