Front Desk Supervisor
To supervise the activities of the Front Desk staff during the shift. Must have a basic education (high school), with college level study in hotel management, business or other appropriate discipline desirable; plus two to four years of relevant professional hotel experience, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired. Need to have a working knowledge and skills related to hotel front desk operations. Training or experience with computer information systems; experience with hotel information systems desirable. Supervisory experience desirable. Full-time seasonal.
Health Club Attendant
At the Killington Grand Hotel Health Club. Duties include maintaining cleanliness of facility, and general customer service. Weekends are required. Position starts in March.
Mountain Operations
Lift Maintenance Foreman
Perform the duties of a working foreman for a team of lift mechanics. Assist in interviewing and hiring; train employees; plan and issue daily work assignments; monitor work in progress and check completed work; assist staff with difficult or unusual tasks; resolve problems; plan work schedules and perform other administrative tasks as needed. Also responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining ski lifts in all mechanical aspects during the winter and summer months. 4-6 years Lift Maintenance Experience combined with leadership and organizational skills are what you need to climb the ladder as part of our Mountain Operations Team. Candidates must have previous lift maintenance and hydraulic systems experience as well as strong mechanical skills. Previous supervisory experience a plus. Electrical skills a plus. Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. This position requires working outside in all weather conditions and climbing lift towers of various heights.
