SNOWMONT PROMOTERS CANCEL EVENT, NOR’BEASTER LINEUP TO GO ON AS PLANNED

03/15/2012

Rail jams, moguls, music, pond skimming on tap

KILLINGTON, Vt. (March 15, 2012) – Killington Resort is disheartened to learn that the SnowMont Music Festival promoters have cancelled the event, scheduled at Killington March 30 - April 1, due to low ticket sales. “We are disappointed for our loyal customers who planned to come to the event and partake in our new spring-time celebration under the NOR’BEASTER event brand,” said Rob Megnin, Director of Marketing, Sales and Reservations.  For those fans interested in seeing Snoop Dogg, he will still be coming to Killington, playing at the Pickle Barrel Nightclub on March 31.

If any guest has previously purchased tickets for the festival, they can expect a full refund of their original purchase price within seven to 10 business days, from the SnowMont promoters. Refunds are automatic, so there is no need to do anything else. For more information please go to:
