Commercial, private air service to Killington
Flying to Killington Resort via commercial or private aircraft is convenient and easy through the Rutland Southern Vermont Regional Airport.

Just 22 miles from Killington, the Rutland Southern Vermont Regional Airport, is the closest commercial airport to a major resort in the Northeast. With two lighted runways the Rutland Southern Vermont Regional Airport is the home of three daily nonstop flights to/from Boston’s Logan International Airport via Cape Air, which operates nine-passenger Cessna 402s.

Cape Air's partnership with JetBlue Airlines, which is located in the same terminal at Boston’s Logan International Airport, means passengers traveling to other locations on JetBlue can change planes seamlessly in Terminal C without going through an additional security check at Logan.

For private aviation, Columbia Air Services offers fixed based operation (FBO) at the Rutland Southern Vermont Regional Airport.  Columbia Air Services features full service general aviation support for charter and management of jet, turboprop, and piston powered aircrafts.

Major carriers, including American Airlines, United, USAirways, Delta, Northwest, and Continental, all have direct service to Burlington International Airport, in South Burlington, Vt., Killington’s primary gateway airport. JetBlue also flies into Burlington. Just two hours away, guests can fly into Manchester, N.H. or Albany, N.Y. with the above major carriers and Southwest Airlines. Amtrak’s Ethan Allen Express
Amtrak train service is available from New York City’s Pennsylvania Station (NYP) on the Ethan Allen Express to Rutland, Vt. (RUT), with connecting shuttle service to Killington via Gramps Shuttle.

The five hour train ride from Penn Station travels along the Hudson River in New York with stops in Albany and Saratoga Springs, NY, among others, and into the picturesque mountains of Vermont. Amtrak offers both business and coach class on the Ethan Allen Express.
