Killington, Vt. – Springtime at Killington Resort means soft snow, sunny skies, live music, outstanding on-mountain events and value-priced ski and stay packages to soak it all in.
The Burton Super Demo Tour and Stash Gathering kick off Killington’s spring events schedule March 12-14, followed by the 30th Annual Bud Light Bear Mountain Mogul Challenge March 27-28, featuring Snoe.Down and live music from moe. and many other up and coming jam bands from around the Killington Region. Pond Skimming and the Sunshine Daydream Festival take place April 17, featuring skiers and riders skimming over the ice-cold water while enjoying live Grateful Dead-inspired music.
Spring brings with it more snow at Killington as the resort averages more than 80 inches of snowfall from March 1 through the end of the season. Sunshine is abundant as well with average daytime temperatures climbing into the upper 40s and mid 50s.
