Ten Sense :: So Deep

Ten Sense :: So Deep

The Beast loves a good long weekend - especially when it comes with a snowstorm. From parks to Pico to pure, pure pow turns, we're greeting Day 80 with a smile for certain.

Catch up if you can.

1. Sharing is caring.

It's National Learn to Ski and Ride Month, and the Bring a Friend Challenge awaits. Why would you keep all this to yourself, anyway?

2. Little riders,  big shred.

The groms slayed it at MiniShred Madness. Remember these faces; they'll be big time before we know it. Be sure to stay safe in the park, too - it's National Safety Awareness Month, after all!

3. And it snowed.

MLK weekend ended with a big, fat foot - wait, almost two feet - of lovely holiday freshies. See for yourself.

4. ...and snowed.

Two powder days in a row? Check.

5. Get up, get up.

All that snow means uphill travel - at both Killington and Pico - awaits. Earn those turns.

6. Stash Woods, at your service.

After two days and over 20 inches of snow, it was about time to open the much anticipated Stash Woods. Holla, Shreddie.

7. 100% open, 100% winter, 100% awesome.

Speaking of about time, Pico Mountain rolled out of the holiday weekend with all of the trails. Pico trees, we missed you.

8. Sweet dreams are made of this.

Welcome to the 2015 Season, Dream Maker.

9. #beastwinter...and we're just getting started.

Check the whole feed for the first person story, from luscious powder to insider operations. Don't forget to tag your own for a chance at a feature!

See you on the hill.
