KICK OFF THE SUMMER SEASON FRI, JUNE 28 WITH UNITED WAY DAY

Killington Resort partners with the United Way of Rutland County to kick off the summer season with a fundraiser on June 28. With a $10 donation to the United Way of Rutland County, guests will enjoy lift-served mountain biking, hiking, K-1 Express Gondola rides and a 18-hole disc golf course from noon to 5:00 p.m. Additionally, the Killington Golf Course is offering a round of golf all-day for $30 (cart not included) and $10 will be donated to the United Way of Rutland County.
“We are pleased to partner with the United Way of Rutland Country for the eighth consecutive year,” states Rob Megnin, Killington’s director of sales and marketing. “Supporting our local community is a priority for Killington Resort, and we encourage our guests to make a donation and take advantage of a day filled with on-mountain summer adventures or a relaxing day of golf.”
In addition, Killington Resort will donate $20 from every golf, mountain bike and disc golf season pass purchased on Friday, June 28 to the United Way of Rutland County. Killington golf passes are $499, mountain bike passes are $159 and disc golf season passes are only $59.
“We really appreciate the continued support from Killington Resort and the community. This event is a really creative way to benefit locals and get involved in helping a broad spectrum of people across the community,” says Traci Moore, executive director of the Rutland County United Way. “United Way Day is a big part of our annual campaign that supports health and human service agencies throughout Rutland County.”
Killington Resort will operate 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. daily June 29-September 2, 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. September 6-October 6 Friday-Saturday only, and 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. daily October 7-14.
