Growing Summer :: Peak Lodge
Posted August 15, 2014
After the much-anticipated opening of the Peak Lodge in December, we didn’t think it could get any better. Then summer came around. Check out what's been going on at 4241 feet - and what we're stoked on for this fall.
1. Summer savories.
Specially crafted for the season by Chef Eric Rusch, the Peak Lodge features a summer menu with unique influences from around the world and regional New England ingredients. Top it off with a cocktail from our full bar, Friday - Sunday, starting with Bloody Maries at 11:00 a.m.
Chef's tip: check out the Peak Cuban and the Crabcake Sandwich.
2. Award-winning? You bet.
The Killington Resort team took home a stack of trophies from the recent Winter in August Festival in Rutland, Vermont, including - you guessed it - favorite food.
3. Hungry yet?
Alongside our already award-winning dishes, look for seasonal fall specials and new fare on tap for this winter. You could find Boursin-stuffed turkey burgers, smoked salmon and gluten-free pumpkin noodles, just to start.
4. We do...
...offer up Killington Peak for weddings and celebrations of all kinds, backed by blue skies and perfect summer breezes.
