4:44 pm 02/27/15--Friday was a spectacular day here in Killington but if you missed it, dont worry, Saturday is shaping up to be just as good. Saturday's forecast of sunny skies and temperatures in the teens is the stuff ski and snowboard dreams are made of. With 155 trails totaling 73 miles of open terrain, Killington offers the most skiing and riding in the East.
Although the guns will be off by morning, Killington snowmakers have been making snow for days on Superstar and Skyelark, coating both trails in deep, soft snow. Superstar and Skyelark will be groomed for Saturday, as will Outer Limits, Flume, and 79 other trails. Be sure to check out the awesome stockpile of snow at the top of Superstar, the biggest pile in recent memory and the key to the longest season in the East. Lifts are scheduled from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
We've got 5 parks with more than 130 jumps, jibs, rails, and boxes plus a Minipipe and Superpipe to keep you lapping all day Get the lowdown. Check out Neffland Spacejam in the Neffland park Saturday, February 28.
Killington tickets and passes are always valid at Pico Mountain so be sure to check out our friendly sister just a few minutes west. Combined, the two resorts currently offer more than 90 miles of open terrain which is, by far, the most in the East. Get the details at picomountain.com.
