4:47 pm 02/01/15--Load up the fat boards and cut the post-game celebrations short, skiers and riders, Winter Storm Linus is bearing down on the Beast and Monday is sure to be a Groundhog Day to remember.
The weatherman is calling for 6-10 inches through the day Monday, so get here early and find those fresh tracks all day long. Temperatures will be on the chilly side, so bundle up, cover your nose, and take frequent breaks to maximize powder day fun. In preparation for the storm, Killington groomers will flatten 71 trails, including Vertigo, Superstar, and Cascade. Key lifts are scheduled from 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
We've got 5 parks with more than 130 jumps, jibs, rails, and boxes plus a Minipipe and a Superpipe to keep you lapping all day Get the lowdown.
Killington tickets and passes are always valid at Pico Mountain so be sure to check out our friendly sister just a few minutes west. Combined, the two resorts currently offer over 200 trails totaling more than 90 miles of open terrain which is, by far, the most terrain available in the East. Get the details at picomountain.com.
