Dirty Girl Mud Run

K-1
Sat Jul 8

Dirty Girl is an obstacle course run for women of all ages and athletic abilities.

Don’t worry – it’s not a “race” in the traditional sense. It’s an untimed 5k mud run designed to push you slightly out of your comfort zone, but only as far as you want to go. Forming teams is encouraged, and so is helping your fellow Dirty Girls to the finish with some mud, sweat and cheers. At a Dirty Girl Mud Run you’ll find excitement, laughter and camaraderie—as well as lots of music and even some adult beverages. It’s a mud-covered day you’ll never forget.

You’ll run, jump, hop, bounce and splash your way to the finish line with your besties and thousands of other women at the 2017 Dirty Girl Mud Run Killington. We’ll make sure to bring you challenging and fun obstacles for you to conquer with tons of laughter along the way! Oh, and don’t forget the after party, where you celebrate completing the mud run with your fellow Dirty Girls!

Date

Course

Run, walk, climb, crawl—you’ll experience it all at our Killington, VT mud run. Expect to laugh until your cheeks hurt. Expect the event to go on rain or shine. Expect not to be timed. Expect some crazy team uniforms. Expect to leave with an overwhelming sense of accomplishment, as well as a DG tee.

Take it easy and have fun! The Dirty Girl mud fun run is not timed or competitive so you can go entirely at your own pace. We recommend arriving at the Killington mud run 60 minutes before your wave. The obstacle course may include off road terrain, so be careful and make sure to wear appropriate shoes. You’re sure to cross the finish line in fabulous Dirty Girl style. Expect a “safety first” mindset throughout the course and water stations at mile 1 and mile 2.

Obstacles

You’ll have a great time scaling the “Get Over Yourself” wall and accomplishing all our 5K fun run obstacles with a little help from your friends. But don’t worry, if you get to an obstacle that’s more than a challenge for you–hey, take one of the detours. Just don’t be surprised if you get a little down and dirty along the way!
