Mountain Bike Lessons & Tours

With 45 miles of trails across five mountain areas, Killington's Mountain Bike Park offers terrain for a wide range of ability levels. Get acquainted with a lesson or let our guides take you to new terrain - the mountain is your playground.

Plus, all Learn to Ride Lesson and Guided Tour participants will receive 50 percent off their next full-day ticket, valid for the remainder of the 2013 Mountain Biking Season.

Learn to Ride Lessons

New to the mountain? Try our Learn to Ride Lesson Package, featuring a 2-hour session with one of our certified instructors, a rental bike and protective gear. Plus, our Max 5 Learn to Ride Lesson Program means that each session is limited to no more than 5 riders!

Details

  • 2-hour sessions offered at 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. daily.
  • Learn to Ride Packages are $99 per person, all inclusive.
  • During your session you will not ride the K-1 Express Gondola; lesson includes use of lower mountain trails only.
  • After your session, purchase a K-1 Express Gondola and upper mountain trail pass upgrade for just $25.
  • Riders must be at least 48" tall to rent a bike.
  • Reservations are recommended but not required.

Guided Tours

Get to know the mountain with the locals. Our tour guides have nearly 20 years of mountain bike experience and can plan an adventure for a wide range of ability levels, from beginners to experienced riders. Explore the trails and practice or hone your bike skills all while discovering new and varied terrain.  Tours are limited to six riders per session.

Details

  • 2-hour sessions offered at 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. daily.
  • Tours are $30 per person; gondola tickets and bike rentals are available for an additional fee.
  • Riders must be at least 48" tall to rent a bike.
  • Reservations are recommended but not required.
