Dining

From a quick slice to a five-course fine dining experience, Killington is famous for its food. Odds are where you're staying has a restaurant within on-premises or close by, but be sure to venture out and experience all that Killington has to offer. In the spring and fall, please call ahead to verify yhat the restaurant of your choice is open.

Wobbly Barn

Established in 1963, the Wobbly Barn has been named a top spot for après and entertainment by the readers of SKI, Skiing, Outside, and Future Snowboard Magazines. While it may be known as the best place in Killington to catch up-and-coming or big-name acts, the Wobbly Barn is also one of the best steak houses in the area, serving up some of the region's best hand-cut and aged Angus beef on a nightly basis. Don’t miss the astoundingly massive soup, salad and fresh bread bar. 802-422-6171

Ovations

Executive Chef Brian Aspell reinvents the experience at Ovations at the Killington Grand Resort Hotel and Spa. Chef Aspell's approach has been described as, "a contemporary presentation of culinary classics.” Last winter's most popular entrees, the Ravioli Brodo and Lamb Wellington, epitomize his vision and flare. This season, look for more nightly specials and a wine list with added depth and character. Also noteworthy is the fact that many ingredients used in Chef Aspell's kitchen are sourced locally, including the chicken, cheese, apples, produce and, of course, the maple syrup. And back by popular demand, don't miss Ovations breakfast buffet, served until 11 a.m. daily just across the bridge from Snowshed Lodge. Bon appetite! 802-422-6111
