Collegiate Snowfest & Winter Games
Our two week Collegiate Snowfest kicks off with the Collegiate Winter Games!
Think you have what it takes to be the best? In this week-long event, college students will compete in a series of events including Red Bull Mountain Ops, King of the Mountain, Red Bull Schlittentag and Collegiate Rail Jam. College ID is required to participate.

Registration:
All events are free to enter with proper College ID. Registration is now closed.
Collegiate Headquarters:
The Collegiate Winter Games Headquarters is free to enter with College ID and is a great place to relax, listen to music, play some free pool and ping pong and meet other college kids. The Collegiate Headquarters will be located in the Snowshed Lodge and is open from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. throughout Jan. 4th- 8th.

Monday, Jan. 4
Red Bull Mountain Ops
A resort wide adventure hunt open to all skiers and snowboarders, this event requires teamwork and strategy in both mind and body. Teams of 3-4 participants will venture all over the mountain completing missions. Must be a a Blue Square or higher skier/rider to enter this event.

Tuesday, Jan. 5
King of the Mountain Skilled Race
Just like in the movie “Out Cold,” on a medium skilled race course, participants will ski or ride around the gates while carrying Red Bull in their cup. Contestants will be judged equally on time and the amount of beverage left in their cup.

Red Bull Schlittentag Building Party
Come build your sled for tomorrow’s Red Bull Schlittentag event! The party goes from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. and we invite all college kids to come to the Collegiate Headquarters and get stoked for the event. Enjoy some free pizza and create a homemade sled for Schlittentag!
Wednesday, Jan. 6
Red Bull Schlittentag
Known as “sledding day”, this event challenges student teams to piece together and construct a homemade sled, then race down the mountain. This event awards creativity, function and design. Teams will race crafts on a moderate course. Crafts must be constructed using only limited materials such as cardboard, tape, zip ties, and paint. Teams will be judged on artistic merit, technical innovation, school spirit and race result.

Thursday, Jan. 7
Collegiate Rail Jam
This event will showcase the talents of the best collegiate skiers and riders. Competitors will ride the rails in a structured format on a medium rail park.

Collegiate Snowfest will be filled with nightly off-hill activities and parties geared towards college students! Coming back for the 2nd year in a row, Red Bull will host the Sunglasses at Night Party at the Wobbly Barn. In addition, students will receive discounts at restaurants, nightclubs, and retail shops along the Killington Access Road!
KILLINGTON GOLF LEAGUE
AND HUMP DAY HAPPY HOUR
New for 2010, every Wed is Hump Day Happy Hour at the Clubhouse Grill and Night Golf League. Shambles Tournament, beer and drink specials, free bar snacks, weekly themed specials and live entertainment.
