K-Town Showdown Series presented by Monster Energy
Calling all park rats! This year, the Monster Energy’s K-Town Showdown will consist of three events, including two rail jams and a slopestyle, open to both skiers and riders of all ages. With six divisions, there are tons of prizes up for grabs so don’t miss out!

Collegiate Winter Games & Snowfest
Collegiate Snowfest will be filled with nightly off-hill activities and parties for college students! Students will receive discounts at restaurants, nightclubs and retail shops along the Killington Access Road! Think you have what it takes to be the best? In the week-long Collegiate Winter Games, college students will compete in a series of events including Mountain Ops, King of the Mountain and Sledding Derby. College ID is required to participate.

Dew Tour
The Winter Dew Tour consists of three major, multi-sport events spanning across the country, with a cumulative points system, and a $1.5 million competitive purse. Each event features snowboard and freeskiing superpipe and slopestyle.

Gatorade Free Flow Tour
The Gatorade Free Flow Tour, the official amateur series of the Winter Dew Tour, returns to Killington Resort’s Bear Mountain for Superpipe and Junior Jam competitions. This Tour features snowboarding and freeski Superpipe and Slopestyle competitions across the country.

Salomon Jib Academy
The Salomon Jib Academy is a global tour of slopestyle freeski events where athletes ages 16 and under will have the opportunity to learn from the pros and compete for a chance to ski in the Salomon Jib Academy Finals.

USSA Hole Shot Tour
Bridging the gap between grassroots and the world cup level skier cross and boarder cross, the USSA Hole Shot Tour's second of three nationwide stops takes place at Killington Resort's Bear Mountain.

Burton Mountain Festival
Killington Resort is one of only three East Coast stops on the Burton Mountain Festival tour, an all-new experience that offers riders a full-day of FREE on-snow entertainment, including Burton 2012 product demos, sponsor giveaways, mini parks for the smallest snowboarders and amateur snowboard contests.

Helly Hansen Big Mountain Battle
Experience the fun and excitement of an adventure on the mountain you thought you already knew with one of your friends, all while getting tracked in real time by GPS. the winning team will win $2,000 dollars worth of Helly Hansen gear of their choice and an invitation to participate in the Helly Hansen Battle in the Bowls finals at Aspen/Snowmass.

SnowMont Music Festival

The Hibernation
With the record breaking warmth earlier this March, Bear Mountain has gone into hibernation early. As a result, The Hibernation has been postponed until the 2012-13 winter season. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

Freestyle Frenzy
Due to limited open terrain, we did not feel good about closing down part of our main trail for the event, so instead we postponed the Freestyle Frenzy to next year. On the positive side, if you like skiing or riding moguls, we have plenty. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

Bud Light Intergalactic Pond Skimming Championships
Due to record breaking warmth earlier in March, the Bud Light Intergalactic Pond Skimming Championships have been postponed until the 2012-13 winter season. The decision came down to hosting the event at the base of Superstar and destroying the snow in the process or preserving the snow in order to stay open as long as possible. We chose the latter. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
