

K-Town Showdown Series
The K-Town Showdown is a series of four rail jams open to both skiers and snowboarders of all ages. Competitors will earn points throughout the series in hopes of walking away with a 2010/11 Unlimited Season Pass and bragging rights. So come show off your stuff, earn points and grab some sweet prizes.

Registration:
Pre-registration will be open on March 17 at 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. The cost will be $10 for the Grom division and $20 for the Open division. Plus, all pre-registered competitors will receive a goodie bag.
For the April 3 K-Town Showdown event, competitors will be required to have a season pass/lift ticket in order to compete, $35 discounted lift tickets will be available for competitors to purchase. If you are under 18, you will need a parent/guardian to sign an Express Assumption of Risk form.

Divisions:
- Grom (16 & under) skiers
- Grom (16 & under) snowboarders
- Open skier men
- Open skier women
- Open snowboarder men
- Open snowboarder women
Grom division is only open to athletes 16 & under. Athletes that qualify based on age for the Grom division may choose to compete in Open category. Groms are not eligible for Open category’s grand prize, unless Grom chooses to compete in both Open and Grom divisions for the cost of $30 registeration per event. With this option, the competitor will need to register online twice in Open and Grom.
An athlete who has previously competed in the Grom division may choose to enter the Open division at any point during the series. However, the points the athlete has received in the Grom division will not carry over into the Open division. This also applies to an athlete that has previously competed in the Open division and would now like to switch to the Grom division.
Female athletes, 16 & under have the option of entering the Grom division and competing along with the men, or entering the Open women division.
Grand Prize
• Each overall winner with the most points in the Open Division will receive a 2010/11 Adult Unlimited Season Pass, a $1249 value!
• Each overall winner with the most points in the Grom Division will receive a 2010/11 Young Adult Unlimited Season Pass, a $949 value!
If a tie occurs, the following will decide the overall winner:
• Judges overall series impression
• The competitor who has attended more events
• The competitor who is present at the Final Rail Jam on April 3
Points
Open Ski/Snowboard, Men/Women Divisions will receive:

| 2nd place: | prize and 4 points |
| 3rd place: | prize and 3 points |
Each Open division competitor will receive one point for participating.
Competitors in the Grom Ski/Snowboard Divisions will receive:
