National Club Day Parade & Celebration

Sat Feb 15

The National Club Day Parade will start with the first chair in Killington, Vt. and end with a final run in Alyeska, Ak. after weaving through clubs in approximately 30 states across the nation.

In conjunction with Killington Ski Club and Killington Mountain School, we're celebrating the first annual U.S Ski and Snowboard (USSA) National Club Day. USSA is recognizing over 400 skiing and snowboarding clubs across the nation in this celebration, including the Killington Ski Club founded in 1961.

Together with USSA clubs, USSA provides leadership and direction for tens of thousands of young skiers and snowboarders who share an Olympic dream while maintaining a strong adherence to core values.

In celebration of National Club Day, Killington will be participating in a continuous coast-to-coast snowsports parade with clubs across the country in honor of the U.S. Ski Team, U.S. Snowboarding and U.S. Freeskiing athletes competing in the Winter Olympic Games in Sochi, Russia.

Plus, Killington Ski Club (KSC) and Killington Mountain School (KMS) are inviting Killington skiers and riders to take part in the following specials and events:

  • Join a KSC or KMS youth or adult ski and snowboard program group for the day
  • Enjoy a KSC/KMS Barbeque Social to meet members and coaches at the KSC
  • Check out the Olympic Viewing Party at KMS located right on the Killington Road
