Rosey's Report #2
Posted December 2, 2012
Mastermind of Killington Terrain Parks, Jay “Rosey” Rosenbaum checks in…
Yesterday, we opened Mouse Run Terrain Park to an overcast sky with light snow falling. This only added to the amazing experience, that 21 features had brought to the equation. The park has rails of different sizes and better yet, four jumps.
All this work saw tons of riders just absolutely destroying the features. For the first day of having a legitimate jump, it was extremely impressive to see the level our sports have gotten to, progression wise.
I would like to express a thank you to all the shreds that have come out and supported Killington parks this season, because without you, life on the hill would be a lot less interesting. But, I would also like to send out a thank you to the other team members who make the experience possible. So, thank you to the lifties that get us to the top and thank you to the snowmakers that lay down the white gold in which we love so much.
