ROSEY'S REPORT #5
Posted January 19, 2013
Head honcho of Killington Terrain Parks, Jay "Rosey" Rosenbaum checks in...
The season is rolling along -- it’s the middle of January already! That means our early-season park on Mouse Run has been retired and left Timberline in its wake. Mother Nature had a hand in that as well. However, out with the old and in with the new, as they say!
Timberline Terrain Park is loaded with features, including a 200’ long, 13’ tall mini pipe, 9 jumps and 16 other jib features. The park crew has already been moving a bunch of features to keep it constantly changing. Look for many features to have sides cut with the mini Zaugg cutter, too, to make everything hittable in a number of different ways.
Dream Maker, our advanced terrain park, is on the horizon, as well. Snowmaking will resume there soon and, rest assured, it will be amazing once completed…
See you in the park!
