Resort Transportation - The Bus
Killington Resort’s Snowshed Lodge serves as the main transportation hub for “The Bus,” which provides the Killington area with convenient and reliable transportation seven days a week from early morning through late evening.
Outside of the “Fare Free Zone”, the fare is just $2. Killington guests can use The Bus for transportation to mountain base areas, restaurants, shops and nightlife on Killington Road from 7:15 a.m. to 1:15 a.m. daily.
Free Zone
Snowshed Lodge, K-1 Lodge, Pico and Killington Managed Properties on East Mountain Road are fare free zones. A $2 ride ticket is required outside of the free zone (Killington to Rutland) and can be purchased while boarding the bus.
Transfer Points
Snowshed Lodge is the transfer point for all routes, no additional fare is required to transfer busses. The Rutland-Killington Commuter will pick up and drop-off riders along the Access Road for $2. The Bus will only stop to pick up riders waiting at curbside signs or drop off riders who notifying driver of their intended stop.
Base Area Transport (BAT)
BAT vans are offered as a free service to all mountain resort guests to make transportation easy between Killington Resort Lodges. Not to be confused with The Bus, these white, 15-passenger shuttles move between base lodges approximately every 30 minutes.
If a Killington Resort lodge is open for operation, it is included on the shuttle route. BAT vans operate every day from opening (8 or 9 a.m.) to 5 p.m., offering a convenient way to get you, your friends and your gear from lodge to lodge.
