The Friendly Penguin Day Care provides indoor and optional outdoor activities at The Ramshead Family Center. The Friendly Penguin Day Care programs offer state-licensed and fully equipped facilities with age appropriate toys and games. Throughout the day, children can explore and play in a nurturing environment that promotes creativity, physical, emotional, and intellectual development. Time is provided each day for arts and crafts, painting, stories, and songs. The Program includes snacks, and a nutritious lunch. Parents should provide a change of clothing, diapers, wipes, and formula and/or food if special dietary needs exist.

Friendly Penguin: Helpful Hints and Reminders
Minimum age is 12 weeks.
For infants, supply jarred-food, formula, and bottles.
The Penguin Playground is a Peanut Free environment. Many chocolate products contain peanut oils therefore all peanuts and chocolate products are not permitted in the center.
Please supply plenty of disposable diapers and wipes for any child who is not toilet trained.
Bring appropriate outdoor playwear for ages 1+.
Shoes must be worn inside the center, no slippers or sandals.
Label all belongings.
In order to maintain the integrity of the program; please call us at 802-422-6222 by 9:00am if your child will be arriving late.
Killington Day Care staff will not administer medications of any kind!
Inform staff and supervisor of any allergies your child might have
Killington will supply all table food, whole milk, diluted juice, sleeping crib needs and toys/games.

Parents ARE encouraged to check in at any time through the receptionist. All Childcare rooms have a caregiver certified in Infant and Toddler C.P.R.
