Snow Guarantee
THE GUARANTEE: If you purchased a one or two-day lift ticket and are not satisfied with our snow surface conditions, you may exchange your ticket by 10:00 a.m. for a voucher valid for the remainder of the current season. Three or more day tickets, Express Cards, Season Passes and other discounted programs as specified on the lift ticket are not eligible for a Snow Guarantee. Three or more day tickets include a built-in grace day (i.e. three out of four consecutive days, four out of five days).
