Can I get a refund or adjustment on my season pass?

Killington Resort and Pico Mountain Season Passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, may not be resold, and are to be used within the season they were purchased. However, in the case of medical conditions verified by a physician (specifically injury, surgery and hospitalization), adjustments may be considered on a case-by-case basis for that individual only at the sole discretion of Killington/Pico. A request for adjustment must be made within two weeks of the condition and will not be accepted after the close of the season. Contact the Season Pass Office at 802-422-6868 to file an adjustment request.

How do you determine the appropriate age category for pass purchases?

Age is determined by how old you will be as of Nov. 1, 2010: Adult (19-64 years old), Youth (6-18 years old), Senior (65-69 years old), Super Senior (70+ years old) and Child (5 and under)

Why is it so important that I give you my email address?

We communicate with pass holders by email and through the website. In order for you to receive the most up to date information and to expedite the pass fulfillment process, we must have your email address.

When will I receive my season pass?

If you reactivate your 2009-10 Killington Season Pass, you will be sent information at a later date about signing the Express Assumption of Risk for the 2010-11 season. Once that is signed and returned to us, your current pass will be valid at the start of the 2010-11 season.

If you are a new season pass holder and paid in full, you may use your Season Pass at Killington beginning March 22 until the end of the season. Please visit the Snowshed Sales Center to have your photo taken and to sign the Express Acceptance of Risk form, in order to begin using your pass.

If you opted for the payment plan, your pass is not valid until the 2010-11 season. Passes will be available in October and you will need to visit the Snowshed Sales Centers after September 1, 2010 to have your photo taken.
