When is the Snowshed Sales Center/Season Pass Office Open?
August 16 through October 1, open 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; Beginning October 9 until we open for the 2010-11 season, open 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. seven days a week. From the opening day of the 2010-11 season, the office hours are 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday non-peak days and 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Saturday, Sunday and peak days. Office will be closed mid-April through mid-August.
I still have my 2009-10 Season Pass, will this pass be reactivated?
Yes! New for 2010-11 Season, you can use last year’s season pass.
No waiting for a new pass to be mailed and no going to the season pass office to pick up a new one, just head right to the lifts. Before you can hit the slopes however, each pass holder must complete and return the Express Acceptance of Risks, Indemnification & Forum Selection Agreement to the season pass office.

Print and sign one form for each pass holder. Parents/guardians must complete and sign for children under 18 years of age. Return the completed form to the Season Pass office (see contact information above).
I had a 2009-10 Season Pass, but I lost it. What should I do?
If you have lost your pass, please contact Season Pass Office via email at seasonpass@killington.com. Please include your first and last name, date of birth and current mailing address in the email. We will print you a new pass and mail it to you. Once you receive your pass, you’ll need to complete the Express Express Acceptance of Risks, Indemnification & Forum Selection Agreement and return to the Season Pass Office. I am a new pass holder for 2010-11, how will I get my Season Pass?
If you are a new pass holder, you can email a photo (see photo requirements below) to seasonpassphoto@killington.com so we can upload your photo and mail you your pass. Please include your first and last name, date of birth and current mailing address in the email. Once you receive your pass, you’ll need to complete the Express Acceptance of Risks, Indemnification & Forum Selection Agreement and return to the Season Pass Office. See contact information above.
Season Pass Photo Requirements:
- Photo should be current (taken within last six months), showing most up to date appearance
- Photo should be full face, front view with a plain background – no other items should be in photo with you

Will my child’s pass be reactivated or mailed using photo on file or is a new photo required each year?
For Child Passes (5 years and under) we require a new photo each year. We recommend for all other children that their photos be updated at least every two years. Email your child’s new photo to seasonpassphoto@killington.com and we will then mail the pass to you (see pass photo requirements above). Once you receive your pass, you’ll need to complete the Express Acceptance of Risks, Indemnification & Forum Selection Agreement and return to the Season Pass Office. See contact information above.
I want to update my photo on file, how do I do this?
You may email us a new photo at seasonpassphoto@killington.com (see pass photo requirements above) and we will mail your new pass using your new photo to you. Please include your first and last name, date of birth and current mailing address in your email. Once you receive your pass, you’ll need to complete the Express Acceptance of Risks, Indemnification & Forum Selection Agreement and return to the Season Pass Office. See contact information above.
How will I know if my pass has been activated for the 10-11 Season?
Before we open for 2010-11 season, you will receive email confirmation that your pass has been reactivated. If you do not receive this email by opening day, please email seasonpass@killington.com to check the status of your pass prior to hitting the slopes.
How do I qualify for a College Season Pass and how do I get my College Season Pass?
College Season Passes are for full-time college students for the 2010-11 school term - defined as carrying a full course load and/or a minimum of 12 credits in both the fall and spring semester.
Verification of College Student Status:
Upon purchasing a College Season Pass, you will be required to complete a Verification of Status release form and return this completed form to the Season Pass Office (see contact information above). This form gives Killington permission to request student verification status from National Student Clearinghouse

- Once your full-time student status is verified, if you were a previous pass holder with a photo on file, your College Season Pass will be mailed to you
- If you are a new season pass holder, you will need to go to the Season Pass Sales Center at Snowshed Lodge to pick up your pass. At this time a photo ID will be required – either a photo College ID or photo Driver’s License

Do I receive any discounts with the purchase of my pass?
- 30% discount on Kid’s and Adult Ski & Snowboard School Lessons for Killington Unlimited Pass holders (excluding Child Pass) with the exception of Private Lessons, Specialty Lessons, Seasonal Programs and Kid’s Quest Daycare at Pico. Discount is valid for Pass Holder and their dependants only
- 15% discount for all other pass holders on all Kids’s and Adult Ski & Snowboard School lessons with the exception of Private Lessons, Specialty Lessons, Seasonal Programs and Kid’s Quest Daycare at Pico. Discount is valid for Pass Holder and their dependants only
- 15% discount on food and beverages at all Killington Lodges (excluding alcohol) for all pass holders
- 15% discount on skis demos at the Double Diamond Service Center at Snowshed Lodge
- 15% discount on demos at the Burton Demo Center at Snowshed Lodge
- $5 discount on Bronze, Silver or Gold level equipment tune-up at the Double Diamond Service Center at Snowshed Lodge

If I am a member of the Killington or Pico Ski Club will I receive a discount?
No, there are no discounts for ski club members on season pass purchases.
Will my season pass be valid at other POWDR resorts?
Killington/Pico Season Pass holders receive 20% off the prevailing 1-day lift ticket rate at our sister resorts: Park City Mountain Resort in Utah, Mt. Bachelor in Oregon, Boreal Mountain Resort and Soda Springs Winter Resort in California, Las Vegas Ski & Snowboard Resort in Nevada and Copper Mountain Resort in Colorado. Simply present your Killington/Pico Season Pass at the ticket window of our sister resorts each day to receive this benefit.
Can I get a refund or adjustment on my season pass?
Killington Resort and Pico Mountain Season Passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, may not be resold, and are to be used within the season they were purchased. However, in the case of medical conditions verified by a physician (specifically injury, surgery and hospitalization), adjustments may be considered on a case-by-case basis for that individual only at the sole discretion of Killington/Pico. A request for adjustment must be made within two weeks of the condition and will not be accepted after the close of the season. Contact the Season Pass Office at 802-422-6886 to file an adjustment request.
Why is it so important that I give you my email address?
We communicate with pass holders by email and through the website. In order for you to receive the most up to date information and to expedite the pass fulfillment process, we must have your email address. If your email address changes, please let us know so we can update your records.
How do you determine the appropriate age category for pass purchases?
Age is determined by how old you will be as of November 1, 2010: Adult (19-64 years old), Youth (6-18 years old), Senior (65-69 years old), Super Senior (70+ years old) and Child (5 and under)
Winter Dew Tour
JANUARY 20-23
The Winter Dew Tour consists of three major, multi-sport events spanning across the country, with a cumulative points system, and a $1.5 million competitive purse. Each event features snowboard and freeskiing superpipe and slopestyle.
