Our Snow Guarantee
THE GUARANTEE: If you have a one or two-day lift ticket and are not satisfied with our snow surface conditions, you may exchange your ticket by 10:00 a.m. for a voucher valid for the remainder of the current season. Three or more day tickets are not eligible for a Snow Guarantee. Three or more day tickets include a built-in grace day (i.e. 3 out of 4 consecutive days, 4 out of 5 days).
